One of the major trends that I’ve noticed lately is ruffles.  I’m not typically into trends.  I just wear what I like and what feels good. But, when I saw this top at New York & Company, I was immediately drawn to it.  I love the ruffles and the ribbon that acts as a cute little tie.  It’s just a very fun top!

This top is basically a statement piece.  So, as you can see, I kept the rest of my outfit pretty basic.  I paired it with these sleek black pants and my black sky high pumps.  I felt very strong and confident in this outfit.
