Happy Friday! This past weekend I helped my best friend celebrate her 30th birthday with an 80’s/90’s themed birthday party! We partied to some of the best 80’s and 90’s music the whole night through. We had a little Prince, a little Biggie, a little Tupac, a little Outkast, and many more of the greats. It was a good time. My favorite era is the 90’s for many reasons but mainly because of the fashion. So, you know I was excited to put together my 90’s look for the party. I channeled a little Nia Long and a little Janet Jackson (Poetic Justice). And I think I did a pretty good job. Bodysuits and oversized jeans were huge in the 90’s’; and so were chokers and door knocker earrings. I decided to go with all of them. Finally, I added my “Grace Jones” clutch from Kashmir for a pop of color. And my “90’s vibe” was complete. I had so much fun putting this look together! I can’t wait for my next themed party! Love your look gal. I totally see Nia Long in there with that short hair style. Loving the clutch too. You see body suits all over again. They made a comeback. Seriously considering getting a view, but not sure if they would be comfortable. You sure make yours look great.
