Florals, cuffs, bell sleeves, ruffles, gingham, embroidered, stripes, and check prints. These are all words that you will hear to describe spring trends this year. You’ll see tops with sleeves that look like bell bottoms. You see tops with different prints and stripes. And you’ll see tops with multiple embellishments such as ruffles and embroidery. The list of trends is really endless when it comes to statement tops this spring. For the office, the tops shown below can be worn with dress pants and all kinds of “work appropriate” skirts. So, you’ll be trendy but still chic.

I have absolutely been again anything ruffled and long sleeved but a few of these are cute! I love the gingham print shirt. I could actually see myself wearing a few of these to work.

The gingham printed one is probably my favorite too! I’m gonna try and see if I can rock it with some bold colored bottoms like green or red. But knowing me, I will end up with black dress pants. Either way, the top is “statement” enough that I don’t really need to do much with the bottoms.
