Grand Opening of Southern Vein & Laser Center MedSpa

I had the pleasure of attending the Atlanta VIP Grand Opening of Southern Vein and Laser Center MedSpa located in The Shops Buckhead on Thursday, September 7, 2017.

I arrived on the red carpet and took photographs. Afterwards, the hosts led me into the building where guests were greeted with hors d’oeuvres and white wine. I mingled and networked with some of Atlanta’s finest including Lisa Wu from The Real Housewives of Atlanta franchise.

It felt amazing being in the room with some of Atlanta’s best and brightest entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and entertainers. The location was beautifully decorated, with a very intimate vibe. And the guests were dressed to the nines.

The hosts also gave a tour of the facility which featured some interesting equipment. One piece of equipment that I found particularly fascinating was the vaginal rejuvenation machine. Being the prude that I can sometimes be, I was a little shocked, but also intrigued at the same time. The specialist explained that women sometimes get this procedure done to help with sexual dissatisfaction, urinary incontinence, tightening the vagina after having children, and counteracting the effects of aging. Once the specialist explained the reasoning and the process, I was more open to the idea. I’m not opposed to a little tightening.

Southern Vein and Laser Center Med Spa also offers hair restoration for those whose hair has thinned out. The techniques they use to treat hair loss produces a more natural looking result than those used in previous years.

I enjoyed myself and learned so much. As a matter of fact, I’m seriously considering getting some facial treatments done myself. The one treatment in particular that actress, Terri J. Vaughn, spoke about was the acne treatments that they offer. She recounted a time later in her life when she suddenly started getting adult acne. But her face lit up when she began to speak about how the specialists at Southern Vein and Laser Center MedSpa helped to get her skin back on point! I have adult acne as well, so I will be booking my consultation with them for this treatment.

The celebration ended with an official opening marked by the cutting of the ribbon. The owner of Southern Vein and Laser Center MedSpa, Dr. Richard Ambrozic, and the Candidate for Mayor of Atlanta, Michael T. Sterling, completed the ribbon cutting.

There were a few other special guests that attended the grand opening as well; such as the Co-Founder of the Frank Ski Foundation, Tanya Parker and Lorraine Cochran-Johnson of Real Time Media. As a thank you, they were given these beautiful flowers by the owner of the clinic.
