I love when my favorite brands drop new collections. So, when I heard that H&M had a new capsule collaboration with the iconic British textile house GP & J Baker, I knew that this was going to be GOOD!!!
GP & J Baker is one of the world’s innovators of fabric design. They produce luxury fabrics, wallpapers and accessories for the many, including the Queen of England! And now the company’s gorgeous designs are going to become a lot more accessible, because the brand has teamed up with one of my favorite shops, H&M, to create a range of clothes featuring its prints. The range includes dresses, shirts, skirts and trousers decorated with bold, colorful prints!
When I saw some of the pieces from the collection, I was amazed at how lovely and beautiful the prints were. They’re a combination of H&M’s stylish designs with beautiful oriental prints including the classic oriental bird, the hydrangea bird, and blossoms. There was nothing ordinary about about them!
I decided to pick out a couple pieces that I knew I would wear regularly and give you some cute looks from them. Check them out below!
I am always a fan of dark florals; especially with Fall being right around the corner. So, you can guess that the black background and floral prints in this jumpsuit have me totally in love. Jumpsuits are my faves, as you already know, which is why I had to have this one. I love the silky material, as well as, the cinched waist. It’s the perfect fit. Can’t wait to wear it to the next night out with my girls!
These beautiful wide leg pants from the collection are what style dreams are made of! The fabric is light, flowy, and super comfortable. And can we talk about the gorgeous color and print! I AM IN LOVE!!! I wanted to dress these pants up, so I matched them with this silky cami (from H&M as well). And I added this trendy faux croc box handbag from Forever 21. I then stacked on the jewelry and added a pop of red lipstick!!! I’m thinking about getting the dress in this print as well.
