This One Accessory Has Changed The Game For Me

I’ve always been the type of person to throw on a fitted cap only on my way to get my hair done.  Otherwise, I’ve never really considered myself a “hat” person.

Well, recently on one of my many aimless trips to Target, as I was walking by the hat setup, I picked up a black fedora and tried it on.  And y’all, I loved it!  It looked perfect with my little short haircut.

I then tried on this maroon colored fedora, and loved it as well!  I couldn’t choose between the two, so I got them both.

From that day forward, I’ve been rocking these two hats every chance I get.  And the truth of the matter is, this hat goes with just about everything I wear.  I’ve worn it with tennis shoes and jeans, as well as dressed it up with over-the-knee boots and fun dresses! It’s perfect.

I will also let you in on secret, having a short haircut means numerous “bad hair” days.  But, now I don’t have to worry about that.

I just comb a little hair to the front, put a little curl to it, and throw my hat on.  I look like I tried, yet my hair is really a mess underneath!

If, you see me on my IG stories with my fedora on, and I’m looking cute, you can be sure that most likely, I’m having a “bad hair” day underneath that hat.

A hat is that one accessory that adds a final touch of style and pulls together most looks like no other.

Oh and did I mention that these hats were only $17!!!  A steal, for sure!  I even found this cute rust-colored one a few days ago that I can’t wait to rock!  I’m officially hooked.  So, expect to see a growing hat collection from your girl!  What’s the one accessory that you feel is necessary to complete your look?  Let me know in the comments below!

    I love Hats! They are such a fun accessory to play with and I need to buy more tbh! I have been LIVING for your hats on Instagram. They are so fun and perfect with your haircut. About this outfit, it’s super cute and casual, I especially love that plaid blazer. The plum stripe adds a touch of femininity to it.

    I LOVE the hat you’re wearing! I like wearing hats, but it gets super windy during the fall here in the Midwest so I hardly ever get to wear them. Target has some cute ones so I might have to buy one and wait it out for the wind to die down so I can wear it lol. Thanks for sharing!
