We have made it to the last day of the year, and I can’t help but be excited about what’s to come. But, first I wanted to take a moment to look back at some of my/your favorite looks that I created this year. I had so much fun putting this list together; mainly, because it forced me to look back and reflect on the year.

There were definitely some areas that I need to improve on (paying off debt, personal health, etc).  But, I’m one of those people who believes that it’s never too late to try again.  So, this year (2019) I’m going to continue to work towards being a better me, per usual.

1. My Fedora Hat Craze

This fedora hat has to be one of my favorite purchases this year! I’ve been rocking this hat (and the black one) every chance I get. And the truth of the matter is, this hat goes with just about everything I wear. I’ve worn it with tennis shoes and jeans, as well as dressed it up with over-the-knee boots and fun dresses! It’s perfect.

2. The Perfect Dress to Transition into Fall

I purchased this dress during Zara’s Summer Sale! It was one of the last five pieces left towards the end of the sale.  For the life of me, I don’t understand why no one snatched it up when the sale first began. Oh well, I loved it.

3. Bold Stripes for the Summer

This bright, bold, and colorful blouse from New York & Company was/is the perfect statement piece!!! And these big leg pants were just amazing!  I’m still in love with this look!

4. My Favorite Summer/Fall Trousers

These olive/khaki trousers from ASOS were a hit this summer, so I decided to create a cute Fall look with them.  I felt super fabulous rocking them while shooting!  I love the fit of these pants, and the bottom hem hits at the perfect spot!  They’re probably one of my best purchases this Summer.

5. The “Cool Mom” Look

Sweatshirt – H&M  Shorts – Target   Bag – ASOS  Sneakers – Steve Madden

I don’t do many sporty looks (that will be changing very soon), but when I do, I get such great reception from you all! In this look, I’m rocking these super cool sneakers from Steve Madden.  These were definitely a fan favorite. Click the link about for a similar pair.

6. That T-shirt That Everyone Loved

This t-shirt is another purchase of mine that is a fave!!! It fits so good y’all!!! Plus, the caption is a winner! I’m a coffee lover for sure.

7. The Scarf Print Blouse

I can’t get over this look y’all! It came together perfectly, and I think you all really loved it as well. It’s the perfect example of how to mix your basics with trendy pieces.

8. The Fun, Feminine Tee and Cool Hat

T-Shirt – H&M  Pants – H&M  Heels – Sam Edelman  Hat – Target  Belt Bag (Sim) – Zara

A cute graphic tee will always do the trick. Such was the case with this “feminine” t-shirt and these plaid pants. I created a cute and casual dressed up/dressed down look. I had such a great time shooting this one.

9. The “On Repeat” Leopard Print Skirt

Top – Old Navy  Skirt – Target  Boots – Forever 21  Bag – Forever 21  Hat – A New Day™

I’ve worn this skirt a thousand times on IG, and it never fails that it’s a hit! Leopard print was definitely the biggest Fall trend this year.  And yep, there’s that t-shirt again!

10. Mad For Plaid

Blazer – Forever 21  Leggings – Target  Boots – Nordstrom  Necklace – Forever 21

Plaid was another trend that I couldn’t get enough of this year!  It could be pants, a skirt, ANOTHER blazer, or even boots; I was/am totally obsessed with plaid.  Especially, when I add it to a simple pair of black jeans and a white top (see above).  I loved this outfit!
